Job Profile: Application Support Specialist
Job Responsibilities :
- Respond to incidents raised by calls, email, Instant Message or through dedicated customer support portal in English.
- Investigate new or existing incidents by replicating the issue in house and discussing with peers.
- Technically support Companies global customers.
- Directly communicate with end customer to resolve all incidents within the allocated SLA
- Working closely with sustained engineering to help resolve incidents in a timely fashion.
- Provide support to US Based clients on cloud based applications via email, chat and voice.
- Knowledge of SQL/ HTML basic understanding
- Able to write /Run Sql query.
Qualifications & Experience :
3 - 5 years plus Application / Technical Support experience, supporting applications based on Microsoft platform. A good understanding of support.
